Connect. Play. Inspire.

Play4JA is a fun and creative way to engage employees in social responsibility, fostering community engagement, and team-building through events that give employees and friends the opportunity to work together, strategize, PLAY, and raise funds for Junior Achievement’s hands-on curriculum and experiences in work readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.

From Bingo to bowling, a volleyball tournament, escape room, paint and sip party – any event your group considers fun. The possibilities are endless!

  • Everything for Play4JA can be done in a few simple steps:

  • Choose an event/activity that sounds fun!

  • Choose a company coordinator

  • Set a fundraising goal JA will set up your personal fundraising pages

  • Start fundraising towards your goal

  • Tell family, friends, and colleagues why you’re raising money for JA

  • Celebrate over a fun (and competitive) event!

JA staff will work with your coordinator to set up your fundraising page, assist with social media, office flyers, and day of event coordination.

JA Bowl-A-Thon: How it Works:

  • JA staff members plan and execute the entire event with your company coordinator

  • Events are held at local bowling alleys

  • Companies with teams of 10 or more may choose their date

  • Companies with less than 10 teams may bowl on a date decided by JA staff

  • Form teams of five bowlers and enjoy 2 1/2 hours of bowling complete with food, drinks, door prizes, and more

  • Each bowler is asked to pay a registration fee of $35 and raise $125 for JA programs
